Yoga Fundamentals: 

This gentle class is suitable both for beginning students and for intermediate students who prefer a more slow-paced practice.

Flow Yoga

Moving from one yoga pose to another in a fluid way. For advanced beginners and upward seeking a more vigorous practice.


CHAIR YOGA

A 45-minute gentle yoga practice incorporating stretches on chairs as well as some standing poses. Suitable for senior citizens and others who feel uncomfortable getting down to and up from the floor for a traditional mat yoga class.
